 This modern lakefront home contrasts the rugged terrain with clean geometry. Split into two volumes by an open-air passage, it features an asymmetrical gable roof, a functional layout with guest and owner zones, and parapet walls ready for future solar integration. 

 This basement remodeling project transformed a bare-bones lower level into a fully functional living space—including a bedroom, bathroom, theater room, kitchen, and dry bar. With new framing, soffits, thoughtful layout refinements, and finish selections underway, the design balances comfort, function, and creativity. 

This full bathroom renovation in Kentucky included removing outdated tiles, cabinetry, and fixtures to make way for a fresh, modern look. We helped the client refine the layout, select materials, and coordinate finishes—resulting in a bright, timeless space completed within budget.  

 A thoughtfully designed community park that embraces the region’s natural topography and rural identity. Through careful design and drafting—supported by Chief Architect and detailed visualizations—we created contour-aligned walking trails, iconic barns, and native prairie landscaping, transforming a sloped basin into a multifunctional, inclusive space for gathering, play, and reflection.
