How It Works?
1. Share your Sketch or Plan
Send us your hand-drawn sketch, blueprint, or 2D CAD file, along with a brief description of what you would like to visualize. We’ll review your materials and provide a free, competitively priced quote based on the project scope, complexity, and required level of detail.
2. Initial Modeling & Preview
Once you approve the quote, we begin the Sketch to 3D Modeling process. You’ll receive a sample preview (images or video) showcasing the Architectural 3D Visualization for review. No payment is required until you're satisfied with the initial Blueprint to 3D Model look.
3. Final Delivery
After your partial payment (usually 50–75% depending on the scope), we finalize the 3D model and make any requested refinements. Once you approve the result and complete the payment, you'll receive the final 3D files in your preferred format. We primarily use Chief Architect (including Home Designer Pro), 3ds Max, and Blender for modeling, and can export to most common file types.
