Nestled in the rural landscape of Carwoola, this project is one of our thoughtfully developed granny flat designs, offering smart living paired with breathtaking views. The sloping nature of the block was carefully considered in the granny flat plans, and all materials and systems were selected based on local availability.

Spanning 60 sqm, this one-bedroom home reflects our approach to granny flats and studios that balance compact living with comfort. It is currently used to host the owners’ guests and family members for short-term stays — and everyone is delighted with this charming tiny home.
